What to expect from CBT?
CBT sessions could range between 6-24 sessions depending on the severity of the problem. We work in line of the NICE Guidelines. Our sessions are fifty minutes and to begin with we encourage people to attend weekly sessions. Our aim at GoodMentalHealth is to help you to be your own therapist.
