Is the first line of  treatment for a variety of mental health difficulties as recommended by the NHS and NICE Guidelines.  CBT is a talking therapy which helps you to change the way you think and behave.

What to expect from CBT?

CBT sessions could range between 6-24 sessions depending on the severity of the problem. We work in line of the NICE Guidelines. Our sessions are fifty minutes and to begin with we encourage people to attend weekly sessions. Our aim at GoodMentalHealth is to help you to be your own therapist. From the moment we start treatment our aim is to help you on your journey to the best version of you!
